Before delivery, the client provides accurate information on access, ground conditions, gates, height restrictions and lifting reach.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

The installation site must be ready, have sufficient load-bearing capacity and be safely accessible for the agreed vehicle and lifting equipment.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

If the conditions at the installation site differ from the information provided, additional work and a new delivery date are agreed separately.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

On receipt of the goods, the client or their representative checks the quantity and any visible transport damage.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Please report any visible transport damage as soon as possible and include photos. Prompt notification helps to assess the cause of the damage and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t
