Sustainable production starts with conscious use of material
3D concrete printing can reduce the need for full-scale moulds and allows material to be placed according to the digital model. This does not automatically make a concrete product a low-impact product.
Send us your ideaWhat the technology makes possible
Hollow where mass is not needed
Hollow walls and an internal structure can reduce the mass of material compared with a fully solid geometry.
A new version without a new mould
The same digital model can be adapted without making a new full-scale mould for each version.
Divisible and repairable
A solution that can be divided into parts and repaired can simplify transport, installation and the replacement of an individual component.
Local production avoids long supply chains
Local production can shorten transport distances where the project's supply chain and installation site allow it.
How to reduce environmental impact
Cement production has a significant environmental impact. The actual footprint of an object depends on the composition of the mix, the quantity of material, energy, rejects, testing, finishing, transport, installation, maintenance and service life.
Print Betoon does not use claims such as climate-neutral, carbon-free or always more environmentally friendly without a project-specific calculation or verifiable evidence. If a project, tender or certification requires environmental data, we agree on the scope needed and the input data to be used.
