Quotation and lead time

What is included in the price?

The quotation states whether the price includes transport, unloading, lifting, installation, fixings or packaging. If these are not specifically listed, they are not automatically considered to be included in the price.

What does the lead time depend on?

The lead time depends on approval of the model, material availability, printing, curing, finishing and the logistics arrangements. Changes or delays in information from the client may change the lead time.

Access and receipt

A 3D-printed concrete object can be large, heavy and have an irregular centre of gravity. The delivery, lifting and installation arrangements are agreed before production and stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

01

Before delivery, the client provides accurate information on access, ground conditions, gates, height restrictions and lifting reach.

02

The installation site must be ready, have sufficient load-bearing capacity and be safely accessible for the agreed vehicle and lifting equipment.

03

If the conditions at the installation site differ from the information provided, additional work and a new delivery date are agreed separately.

04

On receipt of the goods, the client or their representative checks the quantity and any visible transport damage.

Please report any visible transport damage as soon as possible and include photos. Prompt notification helps to assess the cause of the damage and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.

Storage and handling

Lifting

The object must only be lifted from the agreed lifting points and with suitable equipment. The object must not be dragged, supported on point loads or placed on an uneven base unless the project provides for this.

Temporary storage

If the object is stored before installation, it must be placed on a stable base and protected against tipping over, impacts, ground settlement and unsuitable moisture exposure.
