Print Betoon is a production partner for architects, designers and design engineers. We help turn your idea into a printable concrete element - we check the model's printability, adapt it for production and produce a prototype, a one-off piece or a small series. The earlier production capabilities are taken into account, the less the model needs to be reworked later.

Printability analysis
We check your model's dimensions, geometry, wall thickness, toolpath and print orientation. We give feedback and, where necessary, recommend changes so that your idea is feasible in production. A printability analysis does not replace a structural design or certification.
Prototype and sample piece
Before final production, we produce a sample piece so that you can check the element's shape, surface appearance or connection points. We agree in advance which properties the sample will be used to assess, so that you can make an informed decision before final production begins.
Custom order or small series
Based on the approved model, we produce a one-off piece or a small series. The same toolpath makes it possible to produce repeat elements, taking into account possible variations in material, production process and curing for each series.

3D concrete printing gives you the freedom to create curved, layered and geometrically complex forms that would be difficult to make with a conventional mould. Why consider 3D concrete printing?
Conventional mould-based production
- The mould sets the limits, and a new shape may require a new mould
- Making the mould can account for a large part of the preparatory work.
- Changing a dimension or shape may require a new mould.
- The surface generally takes on the texture of the mould.

- The object is produced from a digital model, and its shape can be adapted within the project.
- The need for a separate full-scale mould may be reduced or eliminated.
- The model can be changed before production, but each version is checked again.
- The layered surface remains visible - that is the signature of print technology.
